Siegfried Gohrend, President & Founder – has over 50 years of experience working in the tool & die industry, machining and precision sheet metal fabrication in the US, Germany and Switzerland. His strong sense of honesty, integrity and spirit of collaboration form the core of Metal Form’s business philosophy.

Harald Gohrend, Vice President/Engineering Manager – has over 25 years of experience working in precision sheet metal fabrication, engineering services, and production; after attending the University of Florida. Harald’s analytical ability, detail orientation, ongoing commitment to accuracy and engagement with our customer’s engineering department are the cornerstones of our long-term customer relationships in a constantly changing manufacturing environment.

Susan Joyalle, VP-Finance & Strategy / Quality Assurance – has over 25 years of experience in finance, financial services, venture capital and business consulting in the U.S., Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Susan joined MFi in 2006. Susan’s vision and dedication to the future of the company fiscally; and her commitment to the ongoing and continuous improvement in all areas of the company will build on the great foundation laid by management over its history.
